In this role, you will act as a leader responsible for the full philanthropic lifecycle from defining regional strategy to executing grants and measuring impact across North America and Latin America. You will have an understanding of technology and AI-enabled social innovation, and verified external influence to advance Google’s social impact goals. Overseeing a portfolio (including key regions like Brazil), you will partner closely with executive public policy and in-region leadership. You will act as operationally-minded leader with end-to-end experience in investment and grant portfolio management. You will excel at driving cross-structure initiatives by managing various stakeholders from regional leads to technical experts to align on priorities and outcomes. A key asset is you will have demonstrated ability to build and leverage a consequential network of philanthropic and partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external executive leaders, guiding them toward substantial impact through philanthropic models.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
